Ordering

How long does a custom order take?

Curtains are sewn to order and ship in 10–14 business days. Pillow covers and fabric by the yard ship in 2–4 business days.

Can I order a swatch first?

Yes — swatches are free, up to five per order, and ship with free standard shipping.

Are the prices per panel or per pair?

Per panel. Most windows need two panels.

Custom sizes

What if my size isn't in the dropdown?

Choose Custom size on the product page and enter your width and length in inches. Any width up to 100 inches and any length up to 132 inches per panel.

What does fullness mean?

Fullness is how gathered the curtain looks when closed. Panels totalling 1.5× your rod width give a relaxed look; 2× gives a full, formal drape.

Can I add a lining?

Yes. Choose standard lining for body and light control, or blackout lining for bedrooms and nurseries.

Where do you ship?

Across the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.

Returns & care

Can I return custom curtains?

Because they're cut to your measurements, custom curtains can't be returned. If the size or sewing isn't right, we remake them free — just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Can I return pillow covers or fabric?

Yes, within 30 days, unused and uncut, for a full refund.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low or hang dry, iron on the reverse. Lined curtains: dry clean.
